    if we are talking about simple health problems, like mild eating disorders, hypnotherapy can work on it. but for more serious health problems, i dont think that hypnotherapy would be much of a help. Hypnotherapy is also great for anxiety related problems as well as cases of mild depression. I have a friend who have mild depression and in his case, the therapist recommend both CBT and some form of hypnotherapy. After a couple of months, he recovered from mild depression. –

  2. Hi Malcolm, thanks for writing. I agree with what you say regarding anxiety, it’s been my experience with this modality also. However, I think in the case of Hypnotherapy, there are a lot of different methodologies, even within this discipline. I firmly believe in it as being among the most powerful modalities available. I’ve written an article on this very subject actually, so I may post it here very soon.
